Dumb People Grow Old

I became aware of the criticizing voice in my head after entering motherhood. I always felt negative about myself and consistently compared myself to others and other versions of myself. It began to affect my relationship with the people I loved most…Eventually, I grew tired and decided to silence the negative voice and regain my power. 

I did so by choosing to say nice things to myself, focusing more on the positives, and practicing appreciating the lessons learned from the negatives. 

Each pregnancy revealed a new level of sensitivity, and commercial products contain many chemicals that agitate every new ailment I encountered. So, after months of research and trial and error, I crafted a body butter recipe that leaves my body feeling refreshed and doesn’t agitate any of my sensitivities.
